"As Hy-Cor's business continues to evolve, it is imperative that the website presence follows suit.  Enhancements to Hy-Cor's online product offering will ensure their target market turns to Hy-Cor first." said Ortbach.

Hy-Cor is an international supplier of specialty abrasive products and specialty safety equipment to both the Canadian and U.S. markets. We emphasize six major market segments covering Construction, Waterworks, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical and Agricultural.

We are excited to announce that webAssist is launching regular Social Media worshops starting in a couple of weeks.  We had originally planned to call these seminars, but we've found that the topic is so large and ill-defined that each person has their own opinion what exactly it means and covers.  So we're scheduling these workshops in our creative space to put together clients and friends from different industries and walks of life to discuss how Social Media can help them and their business.  This collaberative structure will generate the best results for all involved, allowing for sharing of concepts, concerns and creativity.

Our first three workshops are scheduled as follows:

• Tuesday, August 17 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Tuesday, August 17 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

We recently launched a brand new web site for Sifton's RiverBendGolf.com.  The web site features information on both the golf course as well as the RiverBend Golf community which consists of single detached homes and villas.  There is also a password protected Member portal that allows secure access to residents and members of the golf club. 

The web site is powered by webAssistCMS - our proprietary content management system that allows clients to maintain virtually all areas of their web site using intuitive tools that are delivered through an Internet connection and standard web site browser.  The web site design was created by Vivid Marketing.

Last night webAssist hosted a launch party for the Leading Edge Network.  Several group members were present for a demonstrative walk-through of the web site and Member Login area by webAssist's Greg Ortbach.  The new site features detailed information on each member company and will help facilitate business leads through an online referral function.  It will also be used as a conduit to attract more members to join.

The Leading Edge Network of London is a group of business professionals dedicated to generating business leads for each other. Members of the group are selected and accepted on the basis of their unique occupation, business or profession and their interest in working with others to learn more about the power of networking and to bring business leads to the group. This afternoon, webAssist's CEO Greg Ortbach announced the launch of the redesigned London Technology Showcase website.  "We're quite pleased to be celebrating the 5th annual show this year with a list of very topical speaker presentations." said Ortbach.
