The site which was designed by Vivid Creative Communications features webAssistCMS -a comprehensive Content Management System that utilizes AJAX technologies. The United Way website is the latest project that has been developed for local not-for-profit organizations - as part of webAssist's ongoing commitment to the London community. Previous projects include Parkinson Society, Southwestern Ontario Region, and the Better Business Bureau of Western Ontario.
The mission of United Way is to work with donors, volunteers, service providers and others to improve the quality of life in our community. We will provide leadership, resources and promote voluntarism to support projects and programs directed primarily to the poor and those at risk.
