Forensic Data Recovery

Description

Forensic Data Recovery (FDR) Inc. has been working with webAssist Inc. since August, 2003, when a dynamic web site with self-editing capabilities was launched.

In 2006, additional CMS functionality was introduced that enabled the majority of content to be managed by FDR internally - using only a standard web browser and Internet connection. An update to the front-end design also took place giving the site an information-based look and feel to provide access to the expanded content.

Since the initial launch monthly web site traffic has increased at an impressive rate. While the FDR site has enjoyed increased traffic and CMS functionality, FDR feels it is once again time to reassess the creative and navigational components of the web site in order to increase the conversion rate from web site visitors to buyers.

Requirements

It is webAssist’s recommendation for the site to be re-organized and the content presented in a format grouped by FDR’s identified target market segments of:

• Legal
• Corporate
• Government
• Enterprise

We will utilize data-mapping methodologies to present the most relevant content within the site to each of the segments, combined with a strategic call-to-action to assist with the increased conversion objective.

Technological advances will also enable some upgrades to the functionality of the Content Management System in order to keep the web site scalable for the addition of future content.

Solution

The webAssist solution includes:

• Art direction
• Web site programming.
• The introduction of data mapping to provide dynamic relevant content to target audience segments.
